Just a reminder…when you book your Fast Forward Day you are booking my time, efficiency, and 3 decades of rock-solid design experience, not a specific set of deliverables. No calls, phone notifications, or other distractions are allowed on your Fast Forward Day. All my focus is on YOU and YOUR project only on YOUR Fast Forward Day!

How does a Fast Forward Day work?

CHOOSE YOUR DATE
Choose a day that works best for you. Ensure that you give yourself time to do any prep work before your Fast Forward Day. You will need to be virtually “available” that day for providing feedback as I work through your to-do list. Book with a 50% deposit for 1-day Fast Forward Day with the final balance due before your scheduled day. Half-day Fast Forward Day requires full payment to schedule your day.
02.
COMPLETE THE PRE-DAY WORK
After you have booked your date, you will receive your Fast Forward Day welcome email with details about the pre-day work you will need to complete so that we have a successful Fast Forward Day. Before our day together, we will have a BONUS 30-minute pre-day call to review your completed pre-day work to be sure we make the most effective use of our day together!
03.
CARPE DIEM – SEIZE THE DAY!
During your Fast Forward Day, I will work on your design needs and we will communicate via email or a messaging app to review designs as I work through the day. I do need to be able to reach you for feedback and questions during our day together. At the end of the day, I will send you the completed work.
04.
CONCLUSION OF DAY
After your Fast Forward Day, you will have “fix” support and 2 weeks of email support for any questions you may have.
THAT’S A WRAP! Your design work is DONE!
